Alein Creative is led by writer and producer Alyssa Lein Bryant, who brings over a decade of experience shaping narratives, executive speeches, and large-scale live events. Today, she partners with CEOs, founders, public figures, artists, and anyone who has a story to tell, to bring their voices, stories, and creative visions to life: whether through deeply collaborative book projects, high-impact live experiences, or implementing artist development strategies that help creators create financially stable careers.
Before launching Alein Creative, Alyssa spent 11 years at the legendary Quincy Jones Productions, Inc. (QJP), ultimately serving as Vice President of Business. During her tenure, she earned production credits on landmark cultural events including Taking the Stage: Changing America, the dedication concert for the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture; Soundtrack of America, the five-night opening series for The Shed at Hudson Yards; and Soul of a Nation Celebration, the official concert dedicated to the exhibition at The Broad Museum. She is also the co-author of Quincy Jones’ book, 12 Notes: On Life & Creativity (2022).
At Alein Creative, Alyssa leads projects across three core pillars:
Ghost/Writing: Crafting memoirs, thought-leadership books, and narrative-driven content for creatives, entrepreneurs, and public figures. Managing book timelines, schedules, and delivery.
Event Production: Designing and producing meaningful, story-driven events ranging from nonprofit galas to immersive brand experiences to live concerts.
Consulting: Helping emerging and established artists/businesses clarify their brand, develop long-term strategies, secure royalties, and build sustainable creative careers.
In addition to her work at Alein Creative, Alyssa is a Fit4Mom® and AIR® Aerial Fitness instructor and aerialist. She has also been invited to speak on stages nationwide about creativity, leadership, and the advancement of women in executive-level roles. Her essay on thought-diversity (offering a research-based framework for companies to implement) received national recognition from U.S. Bank, Womenetics, and Delta Air Lines and led to her being selected as one of only five women to speak at the Global Women’s Initiative Conference in Atlanta.
Alyssa serves on, or has formerly served on the boards of Elemental Athletes, The Institute of Arts and Innovation, YR Media, Music Box, and There With Care. Across all of her work, Alyssa continues to use her voice—through writing, creative production, and public speaking—to help individuals and communities share stories that deserve to be told.
